WELL IT LOOKS LIKE LIL WAYNE IS GETTING SUED AGAIN ACCORDING TO HIP-HOP WIRED.COM, A Philly rapper Dirahn Gilliams filed a lawsuit April 29 against Wayne, Cash Money Records, Universal Music Group, Young Money Entertainment, producer Darius “Deezle” Harrison, James “Jim Jonsin” Scheffer and Rex Zamoor for copyright infringement. According to the lawsuit, portions of Gilliams' song “Grinding Like A Goon” were used to make Wayne's “Lollipop.” The rapper says he sent over the music to producers Jonsin and Deezle who used it alongside Rex Zamoor for Lil Wayne's 2008 hit. Gilliams filed a demand for trial and a summons for all the defendants listed. Producer Darius “Deezle” Harrison is also suing Wayne for $2.5 million in unpaid royalties for his hit single “Mrs. Officer.” SMH WHEN WILL PEOPLE LEARN YOU CANT STEAL SOMEONES MUSIC AND GET AWAY WITH IT.
